Welcome to the Keystone 99’s Webpage!
Who we are:
We are a volunteer, non-profit group of women aviators or aviatrixes, young and old. Students, Engineers, Mothers, Military Personnel, Professional Pilots, Businesswomen, Teachers, Health Care Workers, and more, who share a love of aviation.
This is the official webpage for the Keystone Chapter, Mid-Atlantic Section of the Ninety-Nines International group.
Where we are:
Northeast Pennsylvania – from the Lehigh Valley (including Quakertown and Reading) to the New York State border
Our mission:
- To provide support, encouragement and networking opportunities to women pilots
- To educate youth about aviation and thus promote interest in science, math and aviation careers
- To provide access to scholarships to help women pilots further their flying passion or career
- To promote general aviation in the community
What we’re doing:
LNAA Girls in Flight Day

We will be helping the Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority with hosting this event. It is open to the public. If you know of someone who is interested in attending, click here to access registration.
It’s election time!
The Keystone Chapter’s Election 2026 is upon us. Please check your emails for the candidate form if you would like to run or nominate a fellow Keystone Ninety-Nine. It originated from our keystone99s@gmail.com, so check spam folders and save this email for future use. This is a full election and we would love to see our Chapter’s talents shine. We will be taking candidates until March 31. Ballots open April 1st and close April 30th.
Please consider running for a Mid-Atlantic Section office
ALL officers time out and can not serve another term — we need a Governor, Vice Governor, Secretary and Treasurer, and two directors. Per our Bylaws, the chapter chair from the fall meeting before terms end is the chair of the nominations committee (Risa A, Eastern PA). All other chapter chairs are her committee. I’m sure Risa and her committee is hard at work on this important effort – please reach out to her if you want to serve in any capacity, including on a committee.

Voting for International is open now. Follow this link to hear from candidates and vote.
To learn more about our recent adventures please visit our Activities page or visit us on Facebook.

Please head to the Scholarships tab in order to read about current open scholarships. Deadlines will also be posted on the Calendar. We are currently highlighting the Mid Atlantic Section’s and Sugarloaf Chapter’s scholarships. Apply Today and further your dreams!
Our Section Scholarship window is now open. Many Keystone members have won this scholarship. Aids with advanced training (post Private).
